ANN HUBENER, BROKER - OWNER
Ann Hubener has been a Texas real estate Broker for more than thirty (30) years.

Ann has earned many distinctions throughout her career including the prestigious Graduate Realtors’ Institute, Preservation Dallas’ Historic House Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Accredited Sellers’ Representative.  She is a real estate tax arbitrator registered with the Comptroller’s office.

Ann is a member of the Metro-Tex Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She has served on the Board of Directors of the Metro-Tex Association of Realtors, past chairs of the Government Affairs Committee, and Property Management & Leasing Committees.  She served on the Texas Association of Realtors mortgage lending task force for two years and is a member of the Legislative Committee.

Ann is a past president of Southwest Dallas Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and a recent recipient of Realtor of the Year.  Ann served on the board of the Duncanville and Best Southwest Chambers of Commerce.  She is an elected officeholder serving as a Trustee for the Dallas County School Board.  She is active in her community and lives in Duncanville.

KATY HUBENER, REALTOR - OWNER
Katy Hubener is co-owner of Crescent Real Estate Group with her mother, Ann.

Katy is a member of the Metro-Tex Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Katy serves on the Dallas County Metro Care Board.  She is a past Dallas County Appraisal Review Board member.

Katy was raised in Duncanville and graduated from Duncanville High School.  Katy holds a Masters degree from Claremont Graduate University in Higher Education and a Bachelors degree from Texas Tech University in Education.  Katy is a certified Texas teacher. Katy is President of Southwest Dallas County Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).

JAMES HUBENER, REALTOR
James is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  James is an expert in land use and zoning issues and he is a real estate arbitrator.
James has a degree from University of Texas at Arlington.   He like his sister was raised in Duncanville.

VALOIS HOUNSEL, REALTOR
VaLois is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a retired Spanish Teacher for the Duncanville Independent School District.  VaLois is past president of Southwest Dallas County WCR and serves as the state WCR Secretary.  She has earned the honor of  Preservation Dallas’ Historic House Specialist.

JULIE NORRIS, REALTOR
Julie is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

ANN HUBENER REALTOR OF THE YEA

(Monday, September 26, 2005 – Duncanville, Texas)  Ann Hubener was named Realtor of the Year by Southwest Dallas County Women’s Council of Realtors Saturday night.  The award is one of the chapter’s highest honors given to Realtors who contribute to the careers and lives of others.

Ann Hubener is a 30 year veteran Realtor receiving her license in 1972.  She has been active in many civic organizations and leadership positions.  She serves on the Board of the Duncanville and Best Southwest Chambers and is the Government Affairs Committee Chair for the MetroTex Association of Realtors.  Ann is a Past President for WCR and on the Board of Directors for the MetroTex Association of Realtors.  She and her daughter, Katy Hubener, are partners in Crescent Real Estate Group a residential real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing, property management and association management.

In addition to her service in the real estate community, Ann was recently elected as a Trustee to the Dallas County School Board.  In that position she represents the cities of Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, West Dallas, Oak Cliff, Irving, and Coppell.
